The fishing in Flamingo has been nothing short of spectacular. There has been plenty of fish very willing to cooperate with a well places bait, whether it be an artificial or fly. Fly fishing for Redfish in Flamingo right now is off the charts! There are tons of schooling fish along with singles and doubles tailing and belly crawling on the flats.

The Tarpon and Snook fishing in Flamingo is also really good right now. Fish ranging anywhere from 10lbs on up can be found on the flats slow cruising with their backs out of the water. This time of the year is a great time to catch a Back Country “Grand Slam”. As all four fish are are readily available on the flats.

Right now is one of my absolute favorite times of the year to go sight fishing in Flamingo as the temps are cooling down and the summer time madness has come to an end with kids back in school. The action will remain really good and the fish will continue to cooperate whether you are fly fishing or spin fishing in ENP. Book your trip today!!
